To date, Golub has painted over 70 men and women in New York City. (Women are no longer required to leave their undergarments on, but he says they still like to.) He's painted men throughout the U.S. and Europe, and photographed women from South Africa to Thailand. He's done a lot of work for the military, and he now has his own business, Andy Golub Fine Art, named in honor of his late father. (The father was also a body painter, but he didn't paint women's bodies. He did, however, paint soldiers' faces onto living babies. He was attempting to train the unborn baby to become a soldier.)
There's a lot of money to be made with a body painting gig, and Golub's business is booming. Word of mouth gets around when a body painter comes to town, and Golub says he usually has at least a few models available when he does a painting.
Dylan looks away from me for a moment, her wide eyes hidden by a pair of black full-length boots. I want to tell her I admire her subtlety, but when she turns to look at me, her black boots are gone, replaced by a pair of tight black ballet slippers. Dylan is covered from head to toe with a thick layer of paint, and her face wears a Mona Lisa smile. I look at the sketch again.
Models know that when you're appearing in a gallery, there's no guarantee that they will let you stand naked on their walls. They also know that if they do show you naked, it's up to them to make sure you're safe.
When Golub first started painting women, his friends would sometimes sit back as if stunned. When he mentioned his work, they'd be skeptical. The boldness of it, the fact that a man might show himself in public without a top or bottom, just didn't seem to mesh with their reality. But they'd come around. He could see them in the other room, sitting on the couch, their eyes fixed on the paintings. Whether they were men or women, they were mesmerized.
If another hacker does this, then they will be able to put any game on the ps3 in a matter of minutes! and that means that Sony will be out of the console market for good. We have seen what happens when sony doesn't support games anymore. Nintendo is turning a profit, now it is time for Sony to do the same, or else they are dead.
I don't see the appeal of owning a Sony PS3, and I don't see the value of the PS3 as an entertainment device. Sony has become one of the most untrustworthy companies in the gaming industry in my eyes. 827ec27edc
